Stephen Gallimore II

Stephen is the General Manager at SERVPRO of LBL North. He has a BS in Ag Business from Murray State University. Before joining the team, he was a firefighter here in his hometown of Paris, TN and owned a concrete company. He is the father to 3 daughters and a son. Stephen and his family live on a farm just 12 miles from Paris, TN. Stephen has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): 

Water Removal Technician (WRT)

Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)

Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS)

Lead Safe Certified Renovator (RRP)

Erica Gallimore

Erica is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of LBL North. She has 11 years of experience in the insurance industry in both sales and claim handling. Erica also has a BS in Education from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN. She is the mother to 2 daughters and a son and the bonus mom to another daughter. She and her husband, Stephen, live on a farm just 12 miles outside of Paris, TN. She currently has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):

Debra Temple

Debra has been a part of our team as an Administrative Assistant since July 2017. She comes to SERVPRO from State Farm Insurance where she has 11 years of experience in claims and 13 years of experience in the Agency Field Office. She retired from State Farm in 2013. She is the mother of 2 daughters and the bonus mom to 3 sons and another daughter. She and her husband Jim live in Obion County where Jim is a building inspector for Union City, TN.

John Norwood

John Norwood is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of LBL South. John resides in Paris, TN with his wife and children. John holds a BS in Management and Organizational Development from Bethel University, a MA in American History from American Public University, and an MPA in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Capella University. Before coming to SERVPRO, John served as the Director of Recruitment and Admissions for Bethel University for a little over a decade. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the REAL Hope Youth Center and is a Veteran of the United States Army's 101st Airborne Division (AASLT).

Keith Balmer

Keith Balmer serves as the Construction Manager for the franchises of SERVPRO of LBL North, as well as the SERVPRO of LBL South. Keith has many years in the construction industry. He and his wife Tena reside in Paris, Tennessee.

Randall Cox

Randall Cox serves as our Production Manager, with over 9+ years in the restoration industry. Randall is a graduate of Henry County High School in Paris, Tennessee, and is certified in WRT, ASD, and AMRT.

Johnny Watts

Johnny Watts serves as a Crew Chief for the SERVPRO of LBL North and SERVPRO of LBL South franchises. Johnny is WRT certified and has several years in the restoration industry.

Troy Dinwiddie

Troy Dinwiddie serves as a Crew Chief for the SERVPRO of LBL North and SERVPRO of LBL South franchises. Troy is WRT certified and has held various roles within the restoration industry.

Ricky Wofford

Mr. Ricky Wofford serves as the Shop Manager for both the SERVPRO of LBL North, and SERVPRO of LBL South franchises. Mr. Ricky and his wife reside in Paris, Tennessee.

Maggie Wallace

Maggie Wallace is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of LBL North, and specializes in Residential/Commercial cleaning, as well as Content Pack In, Cleaning, and Pack Out. Maggie is a native of Paris, Tennessee.

Wesley Moody

Wesley Moody serves as a Production Technician for the SERVPRO of LBL North, as well as the SERVPRO of LBL South franchises. Wesley is currently in the process of obtaining his WRT certification.

Ted Clark

Ted Clark serves as a Production Technician for the SERVPRO of LBL North franchise. Ted and his family reside in Paris, Tennessee.

Jake Alders

Jake Alders serves as a Production Technician for the SERVPRO of LBL North and SERVPRO LBL South franchises. Jake recently joined our team in Jan of 2020.

Heather Cox

Heather Cox is the Job File Coordinator for the SERVPRO of LBL North and SERVPRO of LBL South franchises. Heather is the wife of Crew Chief Randall Cox, and has worked three years in the restoration industry, and over a decade in the insurance/finance industry. Heather and Randall reside in McKenzie, Tennessee.
